Swine Transmissible Gastroenteritis, Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea and Porcine Rotavirus VaccineGENERIC NAME:
Swine Transmissible Gastroenteritis, Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea and Porcine Rotavirus (G5 type) Vaccine, Live (Strain huadu+Strain CV777+Strain NX).
COMPOSITION:
The product contains attenuated Swine Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus, Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (Strain CV777) and Porcine Rotavirus (G5 type, Strain NX) ≥ 105.0TCID50/dose
CHARACTERISTIC:
Yellow-white or slightly powdery sponge-like loose masses, easily detached from the bottle wall, rapidly dissolve in PBS.
INDICATION(S):
The product is used for the prevention of Porcine Transmissible Gastroenteritis, Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea, and infection by Porcine Rotavirus (G5 type). The duration of immunity is 6 months, while passive immunity in piglets lasts up to 7 days after weaning.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
Administered at the depression between the tail root and anus. Dilute the vaccine with sterile saline solution according to the label instructions (1ml per dose). Inject into the posterior pit, with a needle depth of 0.5cm for 3 days old piglets, increasing with age (up to 4 cm for adult pigs). Pregnant sows are vaccinated 40 days before delivery, with a second booster 20 days later, each time at 1.0 ml. Piglets from immunized sows are vaccinated with 1.0 ml 7-10 days after weaning. Piglets from non-immunized sows are vaccinated at 3 days of age with 1.0 ml.
ADVERSE REACTION:
No adverse reaction reported.
SPECIAL WARNING IF NECESSARY:
  1. This product is solely intended for the prevention of diarrhea in pigs caused by Porcine Transmissible Gastroenteritis virus, Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea virus, and Porcine Rotavirus. It is ineffective against diarrhea caused by bacteria, parasites, and other factors.
  2. Conduct antibody monitoring before immunization, preferably administering the vaccine when antibody levels are low (neutralizing antibody titers for TGE and PED not exceeding 1:4, and Porcine Rotavirus (PORV) not exceeding 1:8).
  3. During vaccine transportation, precautions should be taken to avoid high temperatures and exposure to sunlight.
  4. When administrating pregnant sows, proper restraint is essential to prevent abortion.
  5. After dilution, the vaccine must be used within 1 hour.
  6. During administration at the depression between the tail root and anus, ensure the needle is parallel or slightly elevated to the spine to prevent vaccine injection into the rectum.
