Pharmacologcial action:
Pharmacological: the germicidal action of this drug is by acting on the 30S Ribosomal and 50s Ribosomal of bacterium ribosome, hinder the synthesis of protein. This drug has antibacterial activity to G- (such as Escherichia Coli, Enterobacter, Salmonella, Shigellaand, Proteus, Pasteurella Multocida, Pseudomonas aeruginosa), G+ (such as Aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus, Clostridium tetani, Bacillus aerogenes Capsulatus), Mycoplasma and anaerobic bacteria etc.
Pharmacokinetics: poor absorption by oral administration, can keep highly antibacterial activity in Gastrointestinal Tract..
Drug interaction:
1. Has synergistic effect when used toghter with β-lactam antibiotics, drug action can be strength when used toghter with TMP.
2. Can be used toghter with Polymyxin or Quinolones, has antagonism when used with Chloramphenicoles or Erythromycin.
Indications: Antibacterial Drug, used to treat infection caused by G-, G+ or Mycoplasma
Usage and Dosage: Oral administration in drinking water, poultry: 0.5-0.8g/L of drinking water, during 3-5 days
Adverse effect: Has gastrointestinal reaction if overdose by oral administration.
Precaution:
1. Only used for chicken which 5-7 days older.
2. Cautiously use when hypohepatia.
Withdrawal time: Only use for chicken of 5-7 days old
