Pharmacologic action:
This product could act on 50s ribosomal subunit of germ, which could inhibit the synthesis of the bacterioprotein to killing germ. This product has a great therapeutic effect on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma, and so on, such as E. coli, pasteurella multocida, streptococcus, salmonella, actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, and hemophilus. This product could be absorpted rapidly by oral administration. It possessed some characters such as long half-life period and high blood drug level, which could maintain blood drug level for long time. The drugs mainly excrete through kidney.
Indication: It is a kind of phenicols antibiotics and used to treat the bacterial disease caused by pasteurella and colibacillus.
Administration and dosage: Calculated by Florfenicol: Oral administration. Poultry and pig: 20-30mg per kg body weight, twice a day, continuous use for 3-5 days. Fish: 10-15mg per kg body weight, once a day, continuous use for 3-5 days.
Adverse reactions:
1. The immunosuppressive action may occur when the dosage is over the recommending.
2. It has the embryotoxicity. Please use it with caution during the gestation and lactation period of livestock.
Precaution:
1.Not to use in laying period.
2.Please reduce or extend the interval of medicine for renal insufficiency livestock.
3.Forbidden to use during vaccination or immune function severe animals.
