Product Description

GENERIC NAME:
Swine Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine, Live (SA14-14-2 Strain).
COMPOSITION:
This product contains the Swine Japanese Encephalitis Virus (SA14-14-2 Strain), the virus content of each dose ≥ 10^5.7TCID₅₀.
CHARACTERISTIC:
The product presents as sponge-like loose clumps that easily disengage from the bottle wall, and rapid dissolution in the PBS.
INDICATION(S):
The product is used for the prevention of Porcine Japanese Encephalitis. The immunity period is 12 months.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
Administered through intramuscular injection. Dilute according to the label using a specific diluent to achieve a concentration of 1.0m per dose. Administer 1.0ml per pig. For replacement breeding sows and boars aged 6-7 months, administer 1.0ml via intramuscular injection 20-30 days before mating, and then one more booster administration annually in spring. For lactating sows and adult breeding boars, administer 1.0ml via intramuscular injection annually in spring. In areas where Japanese encephalitis is prevalent, piglets and other pig populations should also be vaccinated.
SPECIAL WARNING IF NECESSARY:

1. The vaccine must be stored and transported under refrigeration conditions.
2. The vaccine should be prepared and used immediately. It is advisable to pre-chill the diluent at 2-8°C before use.
3. It is recommended to administer the vaccine in the months of April to May (before the breeding season of mosquitoes and flies).
4. Pigs selected for vaccination should be in good health and free from diseases. The injection equipment must undergo strict disinfection.
5. Used vaccine bottles, equipment, and any unused vaccines should be disposed of in an environmentally safe manner.
